Good luck in either case!Thanks I need it lol. @Jagr_68 @E32005 For most awards you don't need to do anything special, but for these types of awards there are actually several nominees, each coming from different departments at the organization. To identify who is the *most* qualified they also do an oral test where they measure your military bearing, physical appearance (there's usually a uniform inspection aspect) and knowledge of the command and current events and history and regulations. I am particularly torn on this one, since I haven't done anything stellar for this and it's probably the only time in my career I will ever be nominated for something like this.
