The criteria:

1) Enemy pawn in C row
2) Your pawn in B row moving onto D row
3) Enemy pawn in C must act immediately to capitalize on en passant. Waiting a turn to do something with a knight or queen or whatever removes the window of en passant

With the knight there in the first place, it's impossible for the enemy pawn to have just moved two spaces in the first place, therefore pawn capture en passant does not happen. afaik there is literally no way to for double kill to occur in chess.
