Topic	I am not having fun with Mega Man Zero. Wtf is this difficulty.

Some give permanent upgrades like HP Ups, Sub Tanks, and movement speed. Others give temporary buffs or healing. Using them lowers your rank, but that isn't important if you're just playing casually and not trying to go for 100% (Which is very challenging even compared to the base game). Don't feel bad for using them if you're just interested in the game and story.
