| krazychao5 01/22/21 6:45:00 PM #27: | also, theoretically if you had credit karma or whatever, you could always dispute your bills. could, theoretically again, have them wiped out that way. when you get a call from a debt collector, change their number to Debt. So you know who not to answer. after 7 years it drops from your credit report if you were unable to have it successfully disputed. if you maintain strong credit by paying CC's fully and timely and have other bills you pay always on time, your credit will not be tanked too bad by one or two collections on your credit report. --- ...
