I've also cut down a ton on my smoking, to the point where I don't even really enjoy it - I used to smoke like two or three per leg of my commute and now when I have to drive to work I just have 3/4 of one. This is actually due to your recommendation of Spirits. They burn longer than the slow heat death of the universe and especially the menthol ones are strong. It's a gambit, quitting using them can work, but they hit like a truck if you're used to lights. I feel you TC. I shot myself in the foot. For a little over a year I vaped but all the stores, prices and availability of that equipment went to hell for covid in my city. Switched to American Spirits and trying to quit.
