Take-out. Do you mean delivery or actual going to pick something up? If it's the later I change my mind. It's "no". I never do. I only tip on dine-in and delivery. This question is very poorly worded as "Take-out" and "Cary-out" are not the same thing.

Not at all surprising coming from TC who has a long history if crappy questions like this.

Anyways, @Judgmenl whats the difference between your usage of take-out and carry-out?

I always believed to-go (less fancy of a phrase) = take-out (a bit classier) = carry-out (even a bit classier) =/= delivery (where they deliver to your home)
