Why would it be surprising that you wouldn't remember somebody who was a foreign leader when you were a very young child? You would have been about 1 year old when Clinton was bungling the LA Riots. You were around 3 when he was ducking Whitewater. You would have been 6-7 when he #MeToo'd an intern. You can hardly be expected to know much.
