Hey thats fantastic bruh, super super clean too

that switch at 0:40 to the more minor-ish melody also sounds beautiful juxtaposed with the riff right before.. especially cool paired up with the bow

great work man, yeah - thats some serious skill and you can totally hear that!

dunno much classical myself.. just know that Tchaikovsky concerto no. 1 is beautiful

Debussy (not to be confused with Gary Busey) is also awesome.. just dont know where to go as far as that road goes

how long does it take ya to learn a piece like that? I suck at reading sheet lol :s
Thanks man! I learned this movement back in summer but put it away and didnt actually start working it up to audition-level until early december, and recorded it on 1/9. I memorize pieces fairly easily usually, so Im not reading in this recording. I usually am working on 8-9 solo movements at a time, with most of them being longer lol (Bach cello suite movements are common requirements on auditions because theyre short and difficult)

I think its mainly the brass section aside from trumpets and trumbone the sound of em just bugs me not sure why
I understand that, brass is harder to come around to. There is plenty of great classical music that is just for string orchestra, string quartet or solo music for violin/piano, for example, if you ever want recommendations!

I was in orchestra most of my school years, I dabbled in double bass and props to you because it was difficult

Sounds great
Thanks hombre!
