My harmful "opinions" are that autism is a spectrum that includes severely disabled people and that pretending like autism is just a normal variation is harmful for society, and that ABA therapy can be useful in changing behavior, which can be particularly important in repetitive behavior that is harmful, like kids who stim by slamming their heads into things.

I suppose the other harmful "opinion" is that when kids far out on the spectrum have episodes in school settings, things like minimally invasive restraint and isolation can be important to ensure they don't harm themselves or others.

That's all i can remember expressing on this board.
