There is however a level of incompetence I find unprecedented in my post office. The guy who delivers mail to my building has been horrible the last two months. In one instance he scanned a package for me as delivered yet nothing was in my box. I called to complain to find out someone else had actually threatened his life over his incompetence. After swearing he had delivered it, sort of calling me a liar, yet a day later comes in and hands it to one of the Housing Authority employees to give to me? It's at the worst for packages coming to NH from anywhere in the southeast. I have one coming from NJ that got diverted to Washington state on its way to NH.
