IDK what the cert process entails and I know it's not for bugs, but whatever Sony+MS's system is it's clearly broken if it lets through epilepsy triggers like the one in this game. Of course the only people to really blame here though are the execs at CDPR who thought they could make the game workable this year simply by squeezing every last drop of productivity out of their employees, no matter the human cost.

Sony and MS both gave Cyberpunk a free pass, since CDPR promised they'd have the bugs ironed out once the game released. It's kind of an industry standard and why day-one patches are a thing. This is easily the worst offender though and hopefully the console makers will tighten cert requirements in the future
