The world is gorgeous, I dont need to be able to talk to random NPCs or follow them around all day, I have no interest in getting into fights with cops or attacking NPCs. It was exactly the same in the Witcher 3 and that was game of the generation. The AI for enemies is serviceable, though everything else is very basic. The possibility to play it like a GTA game and go on a crime spree is still there. It was always seen as a possibility. It should have a higher standard than PS2 games. Even then you don't need to go on crime sprees to figure out the traffic doesn't have AI. Grogu posted... What do you want the NPCs to do? Like I honestly dont get this complaint. The world is a backdrop, not a sandbox Feel responsive. React differently to danger. Drive around obstacles in traffic. Give the ability for police to actually chase you. Ride motorbikes.
