People who start counting calories often fall into the trap of counting their protein and carbs but just skipping the details, like butter, oil, condiments, etc.

This is actually the perfect example to demonstrate the problem. Someone thinks they've eaten 300 calories but they really ate closer to 1000, just by not taking into account the sauce.
Ah, yeah I can buy that. I always measure out everything though, cream, butter, oil, etc. IDK how people can think that stuff doesn't add up but I buy it
