I don't think anyone here is in a position to assume whether the allegations are true or false.

The correct way to deal with allegations like these are as follows:

1) Acknowledge that allegations of sexual impropriety are extremely serious and it also takes a great deal of courage for a victim to step forward. Acknowledge also that even the hint of sexual impropriety can destroy someone's life, even if the accusation later turns out to be without merit, and so it behooves the public to carefully consider the facts and not jump to conclusions.
2) Do not assume that the allegations are false until proven true.
3) Do not assume that the allegations are true until proven false.
4) Allow that there is a possibility for the allegations to be true and a possibility for the allegations to be false.
5) Allow investigators to do their job and for the full body of evidence to come forward before drawing conclusions on the veracity, or lack thereof, of the allegations.
