I'm a better acquaintence and drinking buddy than I am a legit friend, so I prefer people who are also like that. I don't really like when other people expect my time and presence just for the sake of it, since I'm not so inclined to ask for much of either from anyone else. It's an age thing. My perspective and lifestyle is different from how it used to be. I do have a friend that used to get into conspiracy shit sometimes but after I got pissed off at him a bunch and he had to keep talking me out of leaving while we were hanging out, he stopped talking about that shit or putting on dumbfuck youtube videos. I gave him a bit of a lecture about fake news. He genuinely didnt realize it was so bad and had started going down a few rabbit holes. He did seem quite embarassed like he realized he had bought into bullshit.
