Yeah I was specifically referring to Hades, Supergiant has been very open about being an anti-crunch studio, forcing time off and banning working weekends etc, so it would have been a real statement to give those guys that award. Of course you're right there's plenty of others with crunch, and Japan has a different situation where it just doesn't blow up because it's so normalised and ingrained into their day to day culture. I still think rewarding Naughty Dog (and CDPR/Rockstar etc) when their practices are so blatantly awful and widely known says a whole lot more than if they chose one of the ones where we don't know what went on behind the scenes.
