BUMPED2002 12/09/20 10:01:27 AM #1:	As it stands right now, most restaurants have sunk into deep debt versus closing altogether as some have had to do. Restaurants aren't getting a bailout from the federal government and are left to their own devices. If they make 80% of normal income, it's a great day, but there are days when it's actually cheaper to close the doors.
