A combination of the social team openly flirting with the same horrible people doing the harassment, and simply having built up a good will shield. I doubt that they can pull this off for their next game given everything going on during Cyberpunk's development. It's a bit like Naughty Dog during Uncharted 4. A lot of shady stuff happened there at that time, they got away with it, but they didn't get away with it the next time even when you discount the far right losers. Almost no gamer actually cares about the business side of what they're playing and doesn't want obsessive political idiocy shoehorned into everything. I don't know how many times you people need to learn this lesson the hard way, but the internet is not real life. What's the last political poll that was actually right? Weren't they off by like 20 points on Susan Collins? None of the stuff you people are talking about actually translates into how people think when they're off of a monitor. People don't hate TLOU2 because of Uncharted 4 delays; they hate it because no one wants to eat garbage and be lectured at.
