Few weeks ago: Cried a bunch of times playing Spiritfarer, game with themes about life and loss, where you befriend spirit animals and eventually send them. Never in my life cried from playing video games. I guess I was emotionally vulnerable because queue few months ago:

Few months ago: Family dog kept getting sicker over the course of a few months, and we decided to put her down. Cried everyday for almost 2 weeks. I never experienced such grief in my life. I feel teary-eyed thinking about her right now.

A year or two ago: Drove home after visiting my parents. Usually visit them once a month. Just left the house. Nothing eventful, but I was thinking about how much they love me and how much I loved them, and I started crying. I think this is the first and only time in my life that I cried out of joy/positive emotions?

7 years ago: Ugly cried talking about my depression with my parents.
