Topic	Can yugioh decks built off the original series compete with the new series?

Doe posted... Dark Magicians, Blue Eyes, Harpies, and maybe other OG archetypes have received new support in the modern Era to make them rogue contenders. That's actually really cool to hear! AlisLandale posted... the original series has some absolutely fucking broken cards that would never see print without being nerfed (and even then, Card of Demise is still amazing last I checked) but decks back then didnt have the consistency/search power/combo power of later decks. Oh that makes sense then, for sure! apocalyptic_4 posted... Nope not even with ban cards. Only way to win would be for you to go first and you build a zodia turbo draw deck.
