It's my opinion that it's the performance aspect of timeshare sales that resort to shit from reps. It's a very cut throat industry. You could be king big dick rep for months and months in a row. Two bad/off months? Fired for performance.

When I first started I was told "The shy salesman has skinny kids". You can't make money unless you sell. And unfortunately being chill doesn't get you sales. Saying smartass comments and being comfortable in uncomfortable situations you create are what get people to buy.
