Topic	I put a frozen turkey in the refrigerator

I use a big roasting thing and line the inside with foil, enough extra that you can fold it over the top of the turkey if it is browning too much. Just fold the extra foil down over the sides of the container so the turkey is uncovered and can brown nicely. So anything a turkey can fit in works really, probably don't want a baking sheet tho... will work if you have nothing else but it will be messy. --- ........the ghost in the machine...
