| MJOLNRVII 11/22/20 11:15:05 AM #95: | Not sure, but it's only a small waste of time if you're at full health and don't have Dionysus' fountain boon. I guess it's so you don't miss a free heal when you're not paying attention, which is possible to do in Dead Cells if you don't refill your health/flask in BSC 0(I saw a friend do this like a second after I told him he skipped it lmao). You're also forced to pick up the boss-specific rewards(Blood/Diamond/Ambrosia) even if you don't want/need them. It could also be so you don't waste money buying a healing item from the well since iirc you have to use the fountain before that. Also, it's a complete waste of time when you have the no healing pact maxed out, because then Stubborn Defiance and Centaur Heart/Souls are the only ways to restore or increase health I think. --- ...
