Which isn't to say there's a lot of lot of food that I eat too much of when it's available, but I generally know my limits and try to stay within them. It only becomes a problem if I don't know my limits regarding a certain food. If there was an unlimited dessert buffet, there's a reasonable chance I would wind up fairly sick afterward.
