Topic	What do you do about antagonistic coworkers?

I will not respond to anything they say or do, nor will l even look at them or acknowledge their presence. If they are in a group, I will say hello to and acknowledge everyone else in the group but them, etc. This approach has worked for me so far. --- What are you waiting for?
