Topic	Which is the better sci-fi horror movie: Alien or The Thing?
bobbaaay 11/17/20 8:54:32 PM #7:	Alien by a longshot. I liked The Thing as a kid - but I re-watched it recently and I don't get its hype. I get that its practical effects are good - but they're not so ridiculously far ahead of other films from the '80s as people pretend.
