I don't know who he is but irregardless, constantly dating 19 year olds at the very least signals he is not really interested in committment but just fun.
Not because 19 year olds don't commit, but because if he was looking for a wife, he would be looking for qualities outside her age and thus have a wider range of age of people dated.
He is a playboy obviously.
