Topic	Defund the Police has been a failure on every level

Still unsure what anyone means when they say defund the police. And I imagine that's part of the point. The idea was to push a tagline that would gain a lot of ground on social media platforms like twitter. But the issue is that you need to successfully pivot from gaining resonance in the community to pushing policy.
