I slept on a sleeping pad with my one wool blanket reddit.com/r/minimalism is a nice resource. This is not about having few things, that's only a side effect. Look around your messy room. Everything you own was once money. That money was once time. That time was once energy. Look around and see how much of your time and energy you spent making a mess for yourself to pay off and repeat the cycle. I was always accused of being a trust funder. No, I just don't have a horde of shit to manage... it's just a philosophy, not right or wrong. It's the opposite of materialism.
