Outside of the Boons you get from the Gods [You Special Does x% more damage and does Blank, for example], you can also get the Hammer upgrades and some of them will give you bonus damage as well. Then you'll be able to upgrade the weapons themselves you have to unlock them all first, which just takes Keys. Once you do, you'll be be able to start upgrading them and switching their Aspect, which changes how the weapons works.
