I had to do a balance routine for pt one time, the most helpful was the bosu ball. I would balance on one foot til that got easy, then do one leg squats, then hold a weight and do one leg squats

I also did the ladder on the floor that football players do

Why are you waiting though? This will help your running quite a lot


Damn didn't think about that. I need stronger legs for sure.
