While its an absolutely shitty to do, you couldnt ever prove that person A didnt have the intent to become a couple with person B and just changed their mind. You can however prove that person A purposely crossdressed with the intent of making person B believe they are of the opposite sex. You can prove that person A hacked person Bs emails and pretended to be person C who was chatting with person B on a dating site.
