The cat knocked it off the dresser, but I think it still worked for awhile after that before dying PS3 stopped reading discs eventually PS4 had an issue where it would just eject discs for no reason, often while I was playing. I removed the eject button and it hasn't really happened since (but it has a couple times) The weirdest think that ever happened though was my GBA SP charger just exploding when I plugged it into the wall once.
