| Topic | Does AT&T slow down data once you've reached the cap per phone or per plan? |
| Houston 11/10/20 9:53:07 PM #1: | 2/3 of AT&Ts plans claim that they slow down data when the network is busy once you've reached your allotted cap. Does anyone know if that is per phone or per plan total?
