I never finished that story but from what I understand it went like this Hydra used time travel to go back and corrupt young Cap and make him grow up with their ideals. This changed the timeline and made Cap evil. But at the end of the story I think someone went back in time again and undid Cap's Hydra brain washing and restored the timeline to its original state. or something like that. but it wasn't that Cap was always evil. it was only due to time travel shenanigans <cite>Zikten posted [p:946991073] in "No, ...
