There's probably some crossover between them both abusing each other, but Amber was the main instigator and Johnny only ever seemed to act in self defense. Amber was def proven guilty, though, but Johnny is only in the hot seat now because he sued The Sun for libel after they called him a wifebeater and he lost the case because there wasn't enough proof to say The Sun was wrong for calling him that.
