Manager was a complete POS and the other dishwasher was his boy, so the nights they knew I was working, the breakfast/lunch dishwasher did little to nothing, and i'd go into literal 16+ bus tubs of dishes and then i'd be told I can't leave until it's done. Got me on the wrong day and he was pushing me hard because he had somewhere to go on a Friday night and couldn't lock up until I was done, even though he let his buddy do nothing all day. I had at least 10 tubs left at that point and he was the kind of guy who would never lift a finger to clean or help his staff. So I just walked out the door that night and left it all for his buddy to take care of the next morning and never went back.I had to go on the porch and smoke a cig after reading this shit. --- I'm surrounded ...
