I just got out of the mines with I think a harmonica I need to progress but it feels like everything is super vaguely strung together, but oddly enough I don't feel incredibly lost. I dunno, I feel like more can be done with the combat, but it was strange jumping in and then hotfooting it to the next town so I can actually get stuff so I could fight right at the start of the game which I think is the intention? I have a ton of items now I have no idea wtf to do with. But I think I'm closing in on the halfway point? The defense ring breaks this game though and I never feel like I'll ever die.
