Topic	Is Batman the true villain?

In many continuities, none of those freaks like Joker or Poison Ivy or Bane showed up until Batman started to make a dent in mob crime. A new type of criminal was born to match this new type of justice. Batman is just as deranged as the villains he fights. I like how Jason Todd put it. Batman blindly ignores the entire graveyards Joker has filled just so he doesnt break his moral code. Would be interesting if someone in real life had moderate success fighting crime in a costume.
