Or can you go personally to drop it there? not 100% sure it's the same in every state, but i think it counts so long as it's postmarked by the 2nd, and maybe even the 3rd. edit: actually, honesty, don't take my word for this. be safe, and find the answer from your state's government. you'll have to google where to drop it off for your state/county, though. --- Boom!
