Plus with everything going on, the overall number of votes could be lower due to reject rates associated with mail-in ballots. There's a reasonably good chance that it might not be a clean election if one candidate doesn't win by a large margin since they'd likely want to re-examine the rejected ballots. The real question is what happens if shit isn't resolved by Inauguration Day. papercup posted... Yeah people are actually going to vote this year. There have already been over 20 million ballots cast, which, for this time in an election cycle, is smashing all kinds of records.
