The Popo 10/18/20 12:23:47 PM #24:	Im guessing Ill get some shit for this take, but if this is what the officer was instructed to do in a situation like this, then the problem lies with the training and not the cop. Dont get me wrong, this killing (it was a killing) is wrong and seemed to be 100% avoidable (why not just cuff him when he is face down, hands on his head? why have him crawl to you?), but the cop in this situation could probably get in much greater trouble if he veered off from his training on how to handle the situation.
