TopicI never liked the concept of sliders. Bun-to-meat ratio is too high imo.

My girl is a manager at a local burger joint and they sell both burgers and sliders, and their sliders are pretty good and the meat is just as thick as a normal burger, just not as wide in diameter. Much thicker than something you'd get at say, Krystal's or some shit but then again I mean that's fast food sliders which shouldn't be counted. Maybe you just haven't found a place that sells bomb sliders? Because I was the same way for a while when it came to sliders, like I'd just rather a regular burger. But after going to a couple of places that actually made good sliders it changed my outlook on them.
