I love how you keep posting your opinion as being irrefutable. The only reliable part of your post is "It doesn't matter." I agree. None of the facts matter when all you want to do is evict people. My bet is that some developer has plans for the land and needs these Travellers evicted. All flooding problems and obstruction of view problems will not be an issue for developer's plan. There is something similar near me in Chicago. There is a humongous development in the works on a wetlands. It is taking years to make all of the deals.
