Think of all the businesses and real estate they're going to be able to snatch up for pennies on the dollar by the time is said and done. This is biological and economic warfare, which I wouldn't put past the CCP for a second. I don't doubt that they'll find a way to take advantage of it (because, let's be real, everyone's been doing that whenever the opportunities have arisen), but there have just been too many variables involved in getting to this point for me to believe that it's all been according to any great plan.
