Yeah, we talked a bit in your last topic, I own my house in TN, mortgage is paid off entirely, current value is 124k and it sits on 10 acres. It's a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath manufactured home built in 1990, new metal roof 2 years ago. Covered car port, 2 sheds that were both bought within the last 5 years and a wood chicken coop. We are looking to sell and pick up and move, similar to you, trying to find something that needs a bit of work for under 150k up North, and there are a lot of options. We are looking at far North Michigan on the great lakes, or East to NE Maine, maybe Vermont or New Hampshire.My family owns some land (with other families) around Houghton Lake in northern Michigan.
