ZT6 10/10/20 3:50:11 PM #9: | I think if you eat 3,000 calories more than you burn in a week that equals 1lb in weight gain. If you wear the right fabric i.e. merino wool, you could probably get away with 2 or 3 changes for the week. That means increasing your calories by 6,000-9,000 in a week you could have zero net change. I don't think that would be difficult. I could finally eat as much as I wanted and stay fit.
