Private Life is a great movie that also deals with the IVF process for those interested in learning more. It's pretty intense stuff.

Its crazy, since I started IVF 2 years ago, Ive learned of 2 other women in my department that are doing it or starting to. Ive also learned of a few other family members who have recently shared their struggles to conceive also, one just met with a fertility doc a couple of weeks ago. I wonder if its getting more frequent to need medical assistance or if people are finally feeling like they can share more freely without any stigma.

I loved the way my fertility doc put it for me when I struggled with guilt or feelings of failure. He said we treat diabetes with insulin, we treat cancer with chemo, infertility is just another medical condition we can treat also.
