Not drinking lol. I'm not sure how to answer that question. I just apply what I learned in therapy to regulate my emotions and outlook. I obviously still get sad, anxious and depressed but I learned how to help myself out of that as opposed to turning to alcohol to cope.
I figured with you going to rehab and all that you'd have made a relapse prevention plan. Usually consists of things like therapy, self-care, healthy routines, specific coping strategies and support systems. I was wondering what has worked for you.
