Making it two and a half years is a great sign that it'll continue. I read something that said rehab is most successful the third time you go. There were lots of repeat treatment visitors when I was in rehab. It's easy to fall back into bad habits when you're not monitored 24/7. I credit having health insurance and short term disability at work so I was able to be out for 6 months while I did outpatient treatment after my 28 days inpatient. I did therapy for a year and a half after I got out. I was discharged in January. Without therapy, I have no doubts I would have relapsed. --- https://imgur.com/4ihiyS2 "I am not gay!
